One of my favorite things to eat

January 12, 2012 – Thursday and the fourth day of the studies.

Let me tell you about a certain something I ate very often at the Heritage Center dining area. The sandwich you see in the photo was one of my favorite things to eat. You choose the bread and the ingredients you want (I usually put cheese, tomatoes, salad, ham, cucumbers) and then you also fry it! Sounds very simple, but the taste is great… ;-)

Winter in Salt Lake City

Hey guys!

January 11, 2012 – Wednesday and also the third day of the studies at the University of Utah.

How about some weather talk? :P I love winter in Salt Lake. It can get cold, but it’s never crazy freezing cold. There is also snow, which gives you a perfect reason to remember that it’s winter time. But the most important thing is that it is sunny almost every day. And that makes all the difference.

My mood is much better with the sun in the sky… I can’t help, but enjoy this type of winter! This is definitely one of the things I miss about living in Salt Lake City! <3
